1. The President of Ukraine shall be elected by citizens of Ukraine on the basis of universal, equal and direct suffrage by secret voting in accordance the majoritarian system of an absolute majority of votes. 2. The term of office of the President of Ukraine shall be determined by the Constitution of Ukraine.
