1. Regular election precincts shall be established to provide for the administration and conduct of voting by voters residing in that area. 2. A regular election precinct shall have its own territory with defined boundaries and its own number, which shall be determined by the Central Election Commission. 3. Regular election precincts shall be used for preparation, administration and conduct of voting in national and local elections.
