19362. The exterior of the voting machine and every part of the polling place shall be in plain view of the election precinct board and the poll watchers. The ballot labels shall be clearly visible when the machine is not in use and shall be inspected by a member of the precinct board after each voter has left the booth. Each machine shall be at least four feet from the poll clerk’s table. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
