19341. The precinct board shall consist of one inspector and two judges who shall be appointed and compensated pursuant to the general election laws. One additional inspector or judge shall be appointed for each additional voting machine used in the polling place. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
