A political party may apply to the Commission to have its entry in the register amended. Such amendments may include: (a) changing its registered name; (b) the insertion, alteration, substitution or removal of a description; (c) the insertion, substitution or removal of an emblem; and, or (d) the insertion of any other information as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Minister, since: (i) the time when the political party applied for registration, or (ii) if a notification has been previously given for the confirmation of registered particulars in relation to the political party, the time when the last notification was given.
