There may be formed political parties in order to attain free democratic order in the formation of the people’s political will, according to the Constitution, and the State shall, as a matter of public interest, favour the formation and operation of such political parties: 3 Constitutional status and functions of political parties. Provided that such formation and operation of political parties shall be within the parameters established by law.
