(1) Whenever an election is to be held, the President shall give notice thereof to the Commissioners by a Writ under his hand, hereinafter referred to as "the Writ" in the form set out in the Sixth Schedule to this Act. Election Writ. (2) The Commissioners shall cause the Writ to be published in the Gazette.
