The registrar of each of the Courts of Magistrates shall without delay forward to the Commission a certificate signed by the registrar personally giving the names, addresses and particulars of all persons who, by order of the Revising Officer are to be added to or expunged from the Electoral Register or whose designation, address or other particular are to be corrected and the Commission shall revise the Electoral Register accordingly. Copies of such certificates shall be sent by the Commission to the party delegates within five days of their receipt and shall be published in the GENERAL ELECTIONS [ CAP. 354. 19 Gazette as soon as possible.
