(1) The Electoral Register shall include all persons who are entitled to be registered as voters in accordance with the provisions of this Act, on the day mentioned in the following article. Contents of Electoral Register. (2) The Electoral Register shall not include any person who is not entitled to be registered as a voter in accordance with the preceding provisions of this Act, on the day mentioned in the following article.
