(1) There shall be a Medical Board to whom shall be referred questions as to whether a person who has applied to be registered as a voter or is already registered is disqualified from being so registered in terms of paragraph (a) of article 58 of the Constitution. Appointment of Medical Board. (2) The Medical Board shall consist of a doctor appointed by the Commission, who shall act as chairperson, and a doctor appointed by each of the political parties. The Medical Board shall be deemed to be validly constituted once the chairperson or any one of the members is appointed. PART III Voters
