On official ballots the political party name or title shall be printed in capital letters not less than one-eighth (1/8) inch nor more than one-fourth (1/4) of an inch in height. The names of all candidates shall be printed in the same size letters not less than one-eighth (1/8) inch nor more than one-fourth (1/4) of an inch in height. The name of each political party shall be printed in the same type size as that of every other political party. The 2014 amendment , in the first sentence, deleted “and ballot labels.” Laws 2014, ch. 108, § 3, makes the act effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by art. 4, § 8 of the Wyo.
