The county clerk shall print official ballots for his county, for all primary, general and special elections. All other ballots shall be provided by the official responsible for conducting the election. The 2014 amendment, in the first sentence of (a), deleted “and ballot labels where necessary,” deleted “and,” and inserted “and special”; and deleted the last sentence of (a) which read: “For use on voting machines the county clerk shall print ballot labels in black ink on white material containing the names of candidates or other words required by law.” Laws 2014, ch. 108, § 3, makes the act effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
