(a) In this section, “electioneering communication” has the meaning stated in § 13–307(a) of this title. (b) A person may not purchase campaign material or an electioneering communication using any currency other than United States currency. (c) A person may not willfully and knowingly sell campaign material or an electioneering communication to a person who uses any currency other than United States currency to pay for the campaign material or electioneering communication.
