Any person who asserts that an election official has violated the provisions of this article relating to provisional ballots may file an administrative complaint under procedures established by the State Board. §11–306. The person designated to maintain custody of the documents and records required under this title shall maintain and secure those items in accordance with the regulations adopted by the State Board.
