(1) Fyzická osoba, která žádá o provedení platební transakce ve prospěch nebo k tíži zvláštního účtu, se dopustí přestupku tím, že v rozporu s § 17b odst. 1 neuvede v platebním příkaze účel platební transakce. (2) Za přestupek podle odstavce 1 lze uložit pokutu do 2000000 Kč.
