Strana a hnutí jsou povinny oznámit písemně ministerstvu údaje uvedené v § 9 odst. 3 písm. b), d) a e) do 15 dnů ode dne, kdy bylo příslušným orgánem strany a hnutí ve věci rozhodnuto. Oznámení musí být doloženo usnesením těchto orgánů.
