Chaque candidat communique le nom de son représentant, au sens des articles R. 176-1-3 et R. 176-1-6 , au ministre des affaires étrangères au plus tard le deuxième vendredi précédant le scrutin, à 18 heures. Tout changement de représentant est notifié au ministre des affaires étrangères.
