Lorsqu'il y a lieu à application de l'article L. 163, la désignation du remplaçant doit être notifiée au préfet au plus tard à dix-huit heures le jeudi précédant le scrutin. Il est immédiatement procédé, dès enregistrement, à la publication du changement intervenu.
