Le conseiller territorial présumé absent au sens de l'article 112 du code civil est remplacé provisoirement au conseil territorial, dès l'intervention du jugement constatant la présomption d'absence, par le candidat venant immédiatement après le dernier élu sur la liste dont le présumé absent est issu.
