En cas d'annulation de l'élection d'un délégué ou d'un suppléant, il est fait appel au suivant de liste des suppléants élus. Si la liste des délégués reste néanmoins incomplète, le préfet prend un arrêté fixant de nouvelles élections pour la compléter.
