Pour toutes les inscriptions nouvelles, le tableau de révision de la liste électorale doit mentionner, dans une colonne spéciale, le Fokontany où l’électeur était précédemment inscrit et la date de sa radiation. Au cas où il n’a jamais été inscrit, mention en est portée dans la colonne spéciale avec indication du Fokontany où il était domicilié dans sa dix-huitième année.
