Any election officer or any other person who makes a copy of the signed voter poll list or any memoranda therefrom or list of the persons voting, or discloses the number of such voter’s ballot, shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class C misdemeanor. (Act 2006-570, p. 1331, §88.)
