Invalid local referendum
The local referendum shall be considered invalid if less than 1/3 of the number of
citizens entered on the electoral roll participated in it. The decision on declaring the local
referendum invalid shall be taken by the Central Electoral Commission based on the acts
submitted by the electoral constituency councils.
