Confirmation of the results of the local referendum
(1) Within 2 days of the totalisation of the results of the local referendum, the electoral
constituency council shall deliver to the Central Electoral Commission the report on the
conduct of the referendum, to which the minutes of the electoral constituency council and of
the electoral bureaux of the polling stations, as well as all objections, together with notes on
how to resolve them shall be attached.
(2) Within 10 days of receipt of the documents referred to in paragraph (1), the Central
Electoral Commission shall confirm or invalidate the legality of the local referendum and its
results.
(3) Within 24 hours of adoption, the Central Electoral Commission shall publish the
final results of the local referendum.
