Counting of votes and totalisation of the results of the local referendum (1) The counting of votes and the totalisation of the results of the local referendum shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter X, which shall apply accordingly. (2) The minutes on the totalisation of the results of the local referendum shall indicate separately the number of ‘YES’ votes and the number of ‘NO’ votes. (3) The results of the local referendum shall be examined by the electoral constituency council, which shall decide on it.
