Voting (1) Voting in the local referendum shall be carried out under the conditions of Chapter X, which shall apply accordingly. (2) The voter shall fill in the ballot paper by affixing the stamp ‘voted’ inside a single circle that is below the rectangle where the word ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ is written, thus expressing his/her choice.
