Ballot papers (1) Ballot papers shall be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IX, which shall apply accordingly. (2) The text of the problem subject to the local referendum shall be printed in the ballot paper. To the right of the text, two rectangles shall be placed horizontally with the words ‘YES’ and ‘NO’ and below them - two circles. (3) If several problems are subject to the referendum, a ballot paper shall be drawn up for each of them, which must be distinguished by colour.
