Collection of signatures (1) From the date of registration of the initiative group, but no earlier than the date of issue of the subscription lists, its members shall be entitled to collect the signatures of the supporters of the local referendum in subscription lists. (2) Signatures shall be collected in accordance with the conditions laid down in this provisions of Article 65 being applicable accordingly, provided they do not conflict with the special conditions governing the collection of signatures by supporters of the local referendum. (3) The local referendum requires the collection of signatures of at least 10 per cent of the number of citizens entitled to vote residing in the respective administrative-territorial unit.
