Setting the date of the local referendum
The Central Electoral Commission shall set the date of the local referendum within 30
days of the date of the decision on holding the referendum, at least 60 days before the day of
the referendum, provided it will take place simultaneously, no more than 2 times a year, in
spring and autumn.
