Confirmation of the results of the republican referendum
(1) The Central Electoral Commission, within 3 days of the totalisation of the results of
the republican referendum, shall submit to the Constitutional Court a report on the results of
the referendum and the acts referred to in Article 85.
(2) Within 10 days, the Constitutional Court shall review the acts delivered by the
Central Electoral Commission and confirm or invalidate, by means of a decision, the results of
the republican referendum.
