Voting (1) Voting in the Republican referendum shall be carried out under the conditions of (2) The voter shall complete the ballot paper by affixing the stamp ‘voted’ inside a single circle that is under the rectangle where the word ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ is written, thus expressing his/her choice.
