Registration of participants in the republican referendum (1) After the Central Electoral Commission published, in accordance with Article 27 point g), the list of political parties entitled to participate in the republican referendum, but no earlier than 60 days and no later than 30 days before the date of the republican referendum, they may submit to the Central Electoral Commission an application for registration as a referendum participant, signed by the authorised person in accordance with the statutory rules. (2) The application shall be accompanied, where appropriate, by the following documents: a) minutes of the meeting of the body authorised under the statutory rules on participation in the republican referendum; b) declaration on the option chosen in the republican referendum: ‘Yes’ or ‘NO’; c) copy of the statute of the political party, as amended and supplemented, registered with the Ministry of Justice; d) request for confirmation of the representative with a consultative vote and/or the person in charge of finance (Treasurer), as applicable. (3) The registration of electoral blocks shall be carried out in accordance with Article 64. (4) The specific features of the registration of referendum participants shall be approved by a decision of the Central Electoral Commission. (5) The Central Electoral Commission, within 3 days, shall examine the application and the attached documents, and then adopt a decision on the registration of the political party as a participant in the republican referendum or on the reasoned refusal to register it.
