Collection of signatures (1) From the date of registration of the initiative group, but no earlier than the date of issue of the subscription lists, its members shall be entitled to collect the signatures of supporters of the republican referendum in subscription lists. (2) Signatures shall be collected in accordance with the conditions laid down in this 65 shall also apply accordingly, as far as they do not conflict with the special conditions governing the collection of signatures by supporters of the republican referendum.
