Partial elections (1) If, following elections, the councillors has not been elected in the set number, the Central Electoral Commission shall, within 2 weeks, set by-elections in one or more constituencies. (2) To fill the vacant mandates, the by-elections shall be held under Titles I, II and V. (3) The date of the by-election shall be fixed by decision of the Central Electoral Commission no later than 60 days before the election day. REFERENDUM
