Invalid elections
(1) Elections shall be considered invalid in certain constituencies if less than 1/4 of the
number of persons on the electoral roll participated in them.
(2) The decision on declaring elections invalid shall be taken by the Central Electoral
Commission based on the acts submitted by the electoral constituency councils.
