Counting of votes and totalisation of election results
(1) The counting of votes and the totalisation of the results of local elections shall take
place in accordance with Chapter XI, which shall apply accordingly, with separate minutes
being drawn up for the election of the mayor and the election of the councils.
(2) In the minutes of electoral councils and bureaux, the number of votes obtained by
each candidate for the office of mayor or councillor, the name and surname of the mayor and
elected counsellors and the name of the political party, electoral block that nominated them or
is marked ‘Independent Candidate’ shall be indicated.
