Validation of the term of office of President of the Republic of Moldova (1) The Constitutional Court shall confirm the results of the elections and validate the election of a candidate by adopting a decision, which shall be published straight away. (2) Until the mandate is validated, the elected candidate for President of the Republic of Moldova shall submit to the Constitutional Court confirmation that he is not a member of any party.
