Confirmation of the legality of the elections Within 10 days of receipt of the documents from the Central Electoral Commission, but no earlier than the final settlement by electoral bodies and courts of appeals lodged in accordance with established procedures, the Constitutional Court shall confirm or invalidate, by means of an opinion, the legality of the elections.
