Setting out of the date of elections (1) Elections for the office of President of the Republic of Moldova shall be held within 2 months of the date on which the vacancy for the office of President of the Republic of Moldova took place, in accordance with Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova. (2) Parliament shall set the date for the election of President of the Republic of Moldova at least 60 days before the election day.
