Certification of the results of the elections by the Central Electoral Commission (1) The minutes of the election results, accompanied by the decision of the Constitutional Court confirming the legality of the elections and the validation of at least 2/3 of the number of mandates as Member, shall be forwarded to Parliament within 2 days. A copy of the decision and confirmed lists of alternate candidates shall be forwarded to the Central Electoral Commission and to the President of the Republic of Moldova. The ruling of the Constitutional Court shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova. (2) The Central Electoral Commission shall order the publication of the final election results within 24 hours of receipt of the acts of the Constitutional Court.
