Registration of electoral competitors for parliamentary elections (1) In order to be registered, political parties, electoral blocks and independent candidates shall submit to the Central Electoral Commission the documents in accordance with Article 68, which shall apply accordingly. (2) The same person may be included in only one list of candidates from a political party, electoral bloc or stand as an independent candidate.
