Nomination of candidates from electoral parties or blocks (1) Candidates for the office of Member of Parliament shall be nominated in accordance with Article 63, in accordance with the statutory provisions of the parties or in accordance with the agreements establishing electoral blocks. (2) The electoral party or block shall submit the list of candidates, which shall not include less than 51 and more than 111 persons. (3) The template of the list of candidates shall be drawn up by the Central Electoral Commission. (4) Lists of candidates for parliamentary elections shall be approved in accordance with the statutory provisions of the parties or the agreements establishing electoral blocks. (5) Lists of candidates shall be drawn up in accordance with Article 68 (3). (6) Failure to comply with the conditions laid down in paragraphs (2) to (5) and Article 112 (2) shall entail refusal by the relevant electoral body to register the lists of candidates or persons on the list.
