§ Electoral Code art. 106Election of Parliament

Election of Parliament
(1) Parliament is elected by universal, equal, direct, secret and freely expressed
suffrage, for a term of 4 years.
(2) The election of Parliament shall take place in a single national electoral
constituency, in which 101 Members are elected.
