Financing of the Central Electoral Commission (1) The Central Electoral Commission shall be financed from the State budget within the limits of the budgetary allocations approved by the annual budget law. (2) The budget of the Central Electoral Commission shall be drawn up, approved and administered in accordance with the principles, rules and procedures laid down in Law No 181/2014 on Public Finance and Fiscal Responsibility. (3) The President of the Central Electoral Commission shall organise and implement the internal management control system and bear responsibility for managing the budget of the institution and the public assets under management.
