Mission of the Central Electoral Commission The mission of the Central Electoral Commission is to create the best conditions for the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to exercise their constitutional right to vote and to stand as candidates in free and fair elections without hindrance, including by ensuring compliance with legislation on the financing of political parties and election campaigns.
