Place where the right to vote is exercised (1) The right to vote shall be exercised in the place where the elector is domiciled, except in the cases provided for in this Code. (2) If the voter also has his/her domicile and temporary residence during the period of validity of the temporary residence, he/she shall vote in the place where he/she has his/her temporary residence.
