( 1) A person mentioned in section 12 (1) who feels aggrieved by a decision or step taken by the chief electoral officer in terms of section 8, 9 or 1 1 , may appeal to the Commission against that decision or step inthe prescribed manner. (2) The Commission, in the prescribed manner, must consider and decide the appeal and notify the appellant andchief electoral officer of the decision. (3) No appeal may be brought against the decision of the Commission, :subject to section 20 (2) ( a ) of the Electoral Commission Act.
