§ Electoral Act s. 113Limitation of liability

The Commission, a member, employee and officer of the
Commission, the chief electoral officer, an institution appointed in terms of section 80, and a
person with whom the Commission has contracted to work for the Commission, is not liable
for any loss suffered by any person as a result of any act performed or omitted in good faith in
the course of exercising a power or performing a duty assigned by or under this Act.
