§ Electoral Act s. 110Effect of certain irregularities

(I)
Any mistake in the certified segment of the
voters’ roll referred to in section 24 or the final list of candidates referred to in section 3 1 does
not invalidate that voters’ roll or that list of candidates.
(2) An election may not be set aside because of a mistake in the conduct of that election or a failure to comply with this Act, unless the mistake or failure materially affected the
result of the election.
