§ Electoral Act s. 105Ownership of voting and election materials, and disposal

(1)
The Commission is regarded as owning all voting and election materials used or provided by it in an election.
(2) Unless the Electoral Court orders otherwise, the Commission may dispose of the
voting and election materials used in a particular election after six months after the date on
which the final result of the election was declared, in the manner directed by the Commission.
